New Strategy Holdings is a land acquisition and development company focused on finding well situated properties and developing residential subdivisions for our home builder partners. In addition to properties we purchase, engineer, and develop, we also work directly with our Partners to develop properties for them that they have found and permitted. We utilize our decades of experience in all disciplines of residential development to ensure successful design, engineering, permitting, and construction management of both single family and multi family projects. We have experience in the successful development of over 60 residential projects throughout Central Florida and other projects on four continents.
